Hires Four New Managers as Part of Growth Plan
January 28, 2009—CMS (Carroll Manufacturing & Sales) has acquired more valuable industry experience with its recent addition of four new managers—Dave Wince, Tim Franks, and Anthony Fish in sales management, and Stacey Brown in marketing. The four are part of CMS’s strategic growth plan to better serve its customers and strengthen its management team.
David T. Wince recently joined CMS as the National Sales Manager, responsible for developing the North American outside sales team. Dave comes to CMS after 15 years with Tipper Tie Inc. closure and clipping systems, where he was the Director of North American Sales for the past 18 months, managing more than 15 sales representatives throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico. During his years with Tipper Tie Inc., Dave also worked as a salesman, Manager of Customer Service, Manager of the Eastern Sales Team, and Director of Machines and Parts.
Chef Tim Franks joins the Food Service division, bringing a wide range of expertise in food packaging, food safety, design, recipes, and consulting. Chef Tim has over 30 years in the foodservice industry, most recently working for Unified Brands as the Groen Capkold Executive Chef and Cook Chill Corporate Trainer. Tim is a registered ServSafe Instructor and proctor for the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation, and is a Master CFESA Technician for Commercial Food equipment.
Anthony (Tony) Fish, new Western Outside Sales Manager, has extensive regional and national sales and marketing experience selling into retail supermarkets, foodservice and retail markets. He also brings strong brand-building and packaging knowledge.
Stacey Brown, CMS Marketing Manager, brings more than ten years of marketing experience, including five years with C&K Manufacturing and Sales, Inc. She will be responsible for developing CMS’s new e-commerce division.
