CMS Introduces the FLAVORSEAL® Foodservice Systems, featuring the Complete FLAVORSEAL® Cook-Chill System
June 16, 2009––CMS, known as a specialist in packaging systems and products for the meat and food processing industries, recently introduced the new FLAVORSEAL® Cook-Chill System, the single-source solution for any company interested in saving time and money through implementation of a cook-chill program. A cook-chill system in the kitchen offers efficient batch production, greater food safety, energy and labor savings and higher profits — no matter how many meals a day are produced.
An exciting addition to CMS’ current product offering, the FLAVORSEAL Cook-Chill System provides all of the cook-chill components, from equipment to packaging supplies to training and consultation. A selection of kettles, heat sealers, and chillers in many different sizes means the customer will have the correct equipment for their operation, whether for a single kitchen or a large commissary. CMS’ on-staff chef is also available throughout the process to assist customers with everything from product selection to implementation, including set-up and training of personnel on the equipment and in the cook-chill process.
